Loss of Spouse/Partner May Group Session

This group provides a safe and nurturing environment where participants can openly express their feelings, share their stories, and receive support from others who understand the unique challenges of losing a life partner.

Group sessions are designed to offer a structured yet flexible approach to grief processing, incorporating therapeutic techniques and coping strategies to help navigate the complex emotions associated with bereavement. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and mutual sharing, members can explore their grief journey at their own pace while gaining insights into their grief reactions and finding ways to honor their loved one's memory.

This group meets monthly, on the second Monday of each Month. Registration is required to attend each session. The cost is $35/session.
