Traumatic Loss May Group Session

This group is a sanctuary for those navigating the turbulent waters of traumatic loss. We understand that the journey through grief can be particularly challenging after experiencing a sudden, unexpected, or deeply distressing loss. In our support group, individuals find a compassionate community where they can share their stories, express their emotions, and find solace in the company of others who understand.

Group sessions are designed to offer a structured yet flexible approach to grief processing, incorporating therapeutic techniques and coping strategies to help navigate the complex emotions associated with bereavement. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and mutual sharing, members can explore their grief journey at their own pace while gaining insights into their grief reactions and finding ways to honor their loved one's memory.

This group meets monthly, on the second Wednesday of each Month. Registration is required to attend each session. The cost is $35/session.
